The National Watermelon Promotion Board's (NWPB) mission is to increase consumer demand for watermelon through promotion, research and education programs. The Foodservice Program focuses on increasing watermelon menu usage, offering educational and inspirational ideation sessions and menu promotions, among other tools and resources.
