The National Watermelon Promotion Board's (NWPB) mission is to increase consumer demand for watermelon through promotion, research and education programs. The Retail Program focuses on sharing best practices of watermelon marketing, merchandising, and handling, to help retailers move more watermelon through year-round promotion. The Foodservice Program focuses on increasing watermelon menu usage, offering educational and inspirational ideation sessions and menu promotions, among other tools and resources. We offer tools and resources for retail & foodservice marketing of watermelon and can connect buyers with suppliers and resources.
