Our products include Shanghai baby bok choy, nappa cabbage, nayu baby bok choy, daikon radish, standard bok choy, gai lan (Chinese broccoli), and flat cabbage just to name a few. We are PrimusGFS food safety certified on all levels from the farm to harvest crew to packinghouse. We know the safety and security of our food because we sow the seed, grow the crop, harvest, pack, and ship the product. As we say, "We know our products because we grow our products."
