Verde Paraíso is a Dominican and Puerto Rican company dedicated to the production of whole foods with the highest quality and least amount of processing possible. Forteza Caribbean Chocolate is our line of fine chocolates focused on quality. We collaborate directly with cacao farmers in Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico to ensure the best possible supply of local raw materials. We use vintage equipment along with an artisanal approach for the processing of these fine cacao beans, obtaining a chocolate with exceptionally soft and pleasant texture to the palate.
